At Toast, Product Marketing sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and Product. As a SMB Product Marketing Specialist you’ll own the product launch process for our SMB market, driving product communication and awareness with both internal and external stakeholders.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading internal product launch process, acting as key point of contact across the Product, Sales and Marketing organizations
- Ownership of SMB product launch goals and timelines; achieve goals by building internal alignment and coordinating across teams to hit launch deadlines and KPIs
- Product evangelist; driving product adoption with customers and building awareness with internal and external stakeholders through internal presentations, training documentation, customer communications and more
- Contribute to product pricing strategy and develop customer promotions in order to successfully drive product demand
- Refine product positioning for SMB market, enabling Sales and Marketing teams with framework for how to differentiate product in the marketplace
- Develop product content; creating customer facing content to be used on website and in sales collateral
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- Product Management or Product Marketing experience a plus
- Restaurant or restaurant technology experience a plus
- Skilled written and verbal communicator, with comfort presenting in front of large audience
- Data-driven, balancing intuition with measurable results, analyzing and communicating using data
- Ability to work across the organization, heavily influencing priorities across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
