Senior Online Campaign Manager
As LeanIX's Senior Online Campaign Manager you will develop and execute campaigns across our digital channels and manage our LeanIX growth story. With your well-thought out and creative campaigns, you will help increase the number of incoming leads, engage prospects, and finally convert them not only into customers, but also promoters and fans of our company. Your interesting and unique campaigns will help LeanIX build our voice and message in the Enterprise Architecture community as the best EA solution in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop cross-channel marketing campaigns like paid, social, and other online channels
- Execute customized campaigns, e.g. by persona, industry, product features, use case, and marketing stage
- Manage all operational aspects of a campaign including workflow, timelines, asset development, teamwork, and budget tracking
- Own the account-based marketing (ABM) approach for marketing
- Localize campaigns for regional markets
- Measure the ROI and contribution of the campaigns
- Partner with cross-functional teams across the global LeanIX organization to deliver the best possible customer journey
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of online digital marketing experience in the software industry; a background in SaaS is a major plus
- IT management acumen to craft spot-on messaging for our personas
- Experience with an inbound marketing strategy built on content
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with coordinating multiple stakeholders inside and outside of the marketing team
- Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, HubSpot, Google Analytics, HotJar, BuzzSumo or other similar applications
