Senior Marketing Specialist

Our Marketing team operates across Sydney, Brugees, London and Boston delivering our message and our brand to customers across the globe. We’re in search of Senior Marketing Specialist who is deeply passionate about driving ROI through strategic event execution and integrated, end-to-end marketing programs. This role will be instrumental in helping us to achieve our growth targets in North America by supporting existing marketing initiatives + helping to develop our ongoing marketing strategy in the region.

What You’ll Do

As the newest addition to our North America marketing team, you’ll report to the North America Marketing Manager (currently based remotely outside of Boston). You’ll be responsible for planning and executing all North American marketing events and assisting with leveraging global content assets + campaigns to execute high impact regional programs and tactics that meet our targets. You’ll work closely with our North America regional sales team and global marketing team to ensure consistent ROI, driving our marketing contributed pipeline and ultimately hitting revenue goals. The right personal will have a strong attention to detail when it comes to marketing content and campaigns. You are passionate about collaboration as a dedicated + global team member and are willing to develop new skills, domain experience, and industry knowledge  to accomplish your goals. This role is based out of our Boston office and requires extensive regional travel for events.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage strategic North American marketing event schedule in alignment with regional sales team goals and initiatives:

  • Create and manage project plans and event briefs for individual events

  • Own our pre-event planning and communication, and execution of post-event analysis

  • Manage relationships with event vendors and partnered organizations

  • Complete event logistics including establishing contracts, ensuring timely payments, ordering booth materials, coordinating team schedules, and executing event branding deliverables

  • Able to travel often and as needed to events within North America

 Partner with the NA Marketing lead and the regional sales team to support and execute integrated marketing programs for NA including:

  • Utilizing global programs for use in regional initiatives

  • Executing targeted account based marketing campaigns

  • Assisting with the execution of regional digital marketing campaigns

  • Manage and monitor the flow of leads from marketing to sales including lead uploads, lead nurturing and lead assignments

  • Partner with the sales team and marketing team to implement processes for effective lead follow-up

  • Create a focused social media plan/schedule for NA including event promotion and demand generation

  • Collaborate effectively with the global marketing team to leverage and contribute to building fantastic marketing programs that drive growth including communicating needs for specific creative and content materials

What You Bring:

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience in event planning, demand generation, field marketing or marketing programs

  • Data-driven, analytical, and fact-based approach to making business recommendations and decisions

  • Experience using Salesforce and marketing automation systems, Marketo experience a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: the ability to speak knowledgeably, clearly and persuasively to a diverse range of audiences

  • Self motivated with a strong ability to work independently and communicate effectively with global marketing team

  • Creative capability – to devise innovative campaign ideas and write engaging content

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing, Hospitality or a related discipline

Bonus Points: 

  • Experience in cybersecurity

  • Previous experience in a high-growth and global startup
