We set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 500-strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

 

Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as Providence and Lincoln, RI and Denver, CO. And we’re still growing!

That’s where you come in, this role can be located in our Providence, RI or Boston offices.

Reporting directly to the VP of Customer and based in Boston/Providence, the Senior Marketing Manager will support the championing of MOOs most valuable personas, specifically those in Real Estate. Equipping and empowering them to make more meaningful connections, to tell their stories with real pride through print.

You will be responsible for helping build MOOs understanding of these audiences and their demand for all things MOO. Working with a cross-functional team of rock stars, you will be responsible for the development and communication of MOO’s brand story in partnership with these customers, across all relevant channels and touchpoints. Key responsibilities will also include events & partnership planning & delivery, and audience reporting and measurement.

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be a passionate advocate for your customers and their needs, you will have the ability to inspire and motivate cross functional teams, across multiple offices, inside and outside the business and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You will also love getting out from behind your desk as the role demands face to face contact with customers and larger strategic partners.

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Champion your audience(s), by speaking directly to them yourself, by gaining insights via MOOs sales & service team, and by using research and analysis. All to support the creation of compelling cases to improve their experience across key channels & touch points.
  • Understand the market size, drivers – needs & motivations, and changes in your audience(s).
  • Work alongside the VP of Customer, Creative/Brand & Comms teams at MOO to develop the value propositions for your audience(s) that speak to MOO’s competitive advantage
  • Report on customer-driven growth metrics (cLTV, NPS etc) across your audience(s).
  • Work closely with our Comms & CRM teams to execute a targeted strategy for your audience(s) across all owned & earned channels (i.e. social, video, content, email, etc.)
  • Work with the Performance Marketing teams to ensure paid for media activity is aligned to the needs of your audiences
  • Work alongside the VP of Customer & Customer Research team to gather relevant insights on your customer(s) (and non-customers) to ensure our offering (physical and digital products) is always delighting our customers
  • Develop the business cases for team expansion to support your audience(s) 
  • The Senior Marketing Manager will also serve as a partner for our Product Marketing team, working together with the VP of Customer on businesses cases for future products to drive long-term customer value and helping to influence the physical product roadmap.

And specifically, as it relates to Events & Partnerships:

  • Manage all elements of trade show/event production including suppliers, venues, logistics, staffing and partners.
  • Develop all supporting communication collateral for events and other brand activations as required
  • Coordinate internal channel owners to ensure events/trade shows are amplified through key channels
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing strategic partners, alongside MOOs sales team
  • Report against event & partnership KPIs and monitor regularly, measuring and communicating results
  • Ownership of the Events & Partnership budget for your audience(s)
  • Identify new event opportunities and potential strategic partnerships that will help grow brand awareness and drive acquisition and cLTV in your audience(s).
  • Develop plans that deliver experiential activities aligned to the overall brand story for your audience(s).
  • Directly Manage the teams Marketing Specialist

Your success will be measured by:

  • Customer understanding
  • Partnership development and associated metrics
  • Event/Trade Show delivery and associated metrics
  • Audience Customer satisfaction and Net Promoter score
  • Customer retention and lifetime value for your segments vs targets

All About You:

  • The right individual will be a strong customer advocate with evidenced experience in managing trade show/event and/or partnership planning and delivery.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years trade show and/or partnership marketing experience ideally in a company targeting the core audience groups
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills
  • Understanding of marketing strategy and execution, with involvement in integrated marketing planning and campaign delivery
  • Data Driven: Good with the numbers and moving from data to insights
  • Business Case Experience: Can confidently identify new opportunities and help support driving decisions.
  • Good manager – of both internal teams and external partners & agencies
  • Meticulous planner, experienced in prioritizing and juggling multiple projects at the same time.
  • Curious: Customer-first and always willing to learn something new
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves to get stuff done.
  • Deadlines are seen as motivating not debilitating
