Responsibilities:
Become familiar with Indigo’s brand and understand the key stakeholders
Adopt and begin executing our campaign process in a manner that reinforces it as a recognizable and trusted aspect of what the marketing organization is responsible for
- Become the marketing point person for your segment with the Commercial team
Become well versed in Indigo’s functional marketing (product, insights, brand, etc.) across all channels, enough to operate around and optimize the capabilities
Partner with the sales team to determine goals for awareness, demand, pipeline and revenue targets
- Integrate with the Commercial sales team to fully understand customer goals, and current plan in place to enable them from a marketing perspective
Provide end-to-end campaign management to drive engagement, pipeline and closed revenue, leveraging key assets and channels
- Lead timeline management to campaign setup, delivery of assets/info through to troubleshooting and reporting out to the wider team on performance
- Ensure all outbound communications are tightly aligned with Indigo brand - look, feel and voice
- Execute on 3+ campaigns at any given time
Work with the Direct and Digital team to define and develop automated customer journeys to engender trust and loyalty as measured by shared YoY grower retention goals and other suggested metrics

- Strong ability to prioritize when several campaigns are competing for time & resources
- Strong project management skills
- Experience running analytics on campaign performance, comfortable with numbers and digital tracking mechanisms
- Awareness and understanding of digital and offline advertising, full spectrum of marketing channels and an appreciation for integration
- Strong brand steward and creative problem-solver
- Able to collaborate with senior leaders as a holistic thinker across the organization but ego-less in taking direction
- Excellent presentation skills
Qualifications:
- 7-12 years of Marketing experience
- Hands on experience building demand programs in 3 or more marketing channels
- Worked within a strong brand environment; can discern quality work
- Familiar with digital product development, agile framework
- Solutions-oriented and agile in style
- B2B experience is preferred
- Agriculture experience or demonstrated ability to get up to speed across various industries is preferred
- Experience working with a diversity of sales teams is preferred
- Travel required, 1-2 times per month
