This is a unique opportunity, for one of the most progressive companies in the digital space. We are looking for a talented dynamic B2B Marketing Leader to own our ability to turn our marketing organisation into a revenue driving & retention arm of the business unit across what is now a much more complex customer lifecycle.

As a Senior Director of B2B Marketing & Demand Generation you will be integral to shaping the current and future success of B2B Hotels. You will own the customer lifecycle and will be able to impact key metrics at every stage with a view to accelerating new business revenue and reducing churn. As part of the B2B Hotels leadership team you will actively participate in strategic planning, product decisions, roadmap prioritization working primarily alongside Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales & Research Teams. You will report into the VP B2B Hotels Product & Marketing and manage a small but efficient Global team across CRM, Content Marketing and Events.

You will leverage your deep experience in both initiating new B2B Marketing programs as well as running mature, successful programs. You will be able to leverage your expertise in B2B Marketing best practices & your ability to bring those best practices to shape and evolve the B2B Marketing function is critical. You must be extremely strategic, analytical and results driven.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and build a team accountable for delivering the CRM, Content Marketing and Events for Hotels B2B business
  • Drive all aspects of the operating plans for the B2B Marketing team including the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns
  • Implement methods for measuring and reporting on campaign performance including the oversight of in-depth analyses of data and current strategies to drive performance improvements and shape the marketing road map
  • Provide field ready solutions to the Hotels field sales force
  • Partner with the Product and Sales teams to to align B2B Marketing strategies with the goals and objectives of the overall business.
  • Work closely with colleagues on the Sales Operations team to execute projects, to improve or augment existing tools or processes to drive overall program improvements.
  • Provide forecasting and budgeting guidelines for financial reporting.
  • Play a key role on the leadership team to help shape the Hotels B2B strategy and lead the organization

Drive the full B2B Customer lifecycle to accelerate revenue growth and retention across:

  • CRM, Content Marketing, Webinars, Onsite Placements, Retargeting,
  • Promotional Strategies, Creative Testing Optimisation, Partner/Industry Events,
  • Lead Generation & Ranking For Sales, Self Service Conversion Rate Optimisation

Execute the B2B Marketing Strategy & analytics:

  • Funnel Reporting, Campaign Reporting, Channel ROI, Revenue Forecasting & Models, Automation,
  • Product Positioning/Tone Of Voice, Sales Enablement, Abandoned Carts,
  • Cohort Analysis, Up-Sell / Cross Sell, New Product Input,
  • Partner Feedback, Net Churn By Product & Partner, Customer Lifetime Value

What We Seek:

  • Between 10-20 years experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience marketing to SMB’s
