Search Engine Optimization Manager
Position Overview:
Reporting to the manager of Digital Experience, You'll create, implement, and manage the global Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy, ensuring that our marketing teams have representation and alignment in our approach. You'll play a key role in our growth and lead our organic search presence as we grow globally.
· Plan, develop, and implement our global SEO strategy; identify requirements and resources needed for success
· Connect SEO efforts across marketing; work with social media, paid digital, content and Public Relationship teams to grow web traffic with high-converting non-brand keywords and topics
· Optimize top organic conversion paths and determine the right offers to support inbound demand efforts
· Develop hypotheses and build and execute SEO and A/B tests
· Perform keyword research and optimize content, landing pages and create new pages
· Identify key SEO goals and help us build helpful reporting capabilities for other teams
· Partner with our web systems team to review any technical challenges
· Be prepared for continuous learning on SEO trends and changes
Requirements:
· 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing focused position
· Experience with website analysis and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, etc.
· Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript
· Experience reporting on organic search KPIs
