About the Role:

Panorama’s Marketing team is essential to making Panorama the leading and fastest-growing Education Technology company. We are looking for someone with sales, marketing, and/or product experience with companies serving K-12 school districts to join our collaborative, impact-driven Marketing team as Product Marketing Manager. 

At Panorama Education, product marketing plays a critical role in bringing the next evolution of Panorama’s products to market: articulating Panorama’s mission of radically improving education and equipping the Sales team to engage district leaders about how Panorama helps address their core challenges around student success. In this role, you will work across teams to expand Panorama’s impact in districts Panorama serves and to significantly expand our customer base.

On any given day, you will: 

  • Communicate with district leaders through interviews, focus groups, and observing customer calls and workshops to understand the core challenges that Panorama’s products and services address
  • Research market dynamics and the K-12 education landscape and develop competitive insights to inform Panorama’s product roadmap and product messaging
  • Create sales enablement materials, such as videos, decks, and one-pagers, to share how Panorama’s products help address key challenges for school districts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to develop strategies and build materials to launch new products and features at Panorama; launch materials you’ll develop include internal documentation for sales, email announcements for customers, and web page copy and design 

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS companies serving K-12 school systems, either in Sales, Marketing, or Product roles
    • Experience with fast-growing startups is a plus 
  • Experience building and delivering presentations and/or marketing or product engagement campaigns to senior-level school district leaders demonstrating how SaaS products address and solve their core challenges
  • Proven record of driving business growth and/or customer retention through sales enablement, product positioning, and/or product marketing campaigns
  • Experience seeking to understand customers’ needs and pain points and using them to shape messaging and inform product roadmap
  • Demonstrated experience understanding the impact of and incorporating attention to diversity, equity, and inclusion in your work 
  • Experience creating prospect- and market-facing deliverables with clear messaging, copywriting, and design
  • Demonstrated experience with leading projects and balancing competing priorities
  • Ability to effectively communicate and convey information to internal and external audiences
