About You

You have manufacturing or industrial experience, love translating technical and abstract concepts into concise, accessible language. You work well with different stakeholders and can communicate needs and translate requirements across teams. You love storytelling and developing positioning that resonates with customers throughout their journey with Tulip. You’re a creative problem solver. You know how to prioritize projects and align creativity with key business results.

The Role

At Tulip, the Product Marketing Manager will:

• Develop and constantly refine the positioning and messaging for Tulip’s manufacturing app platform
• Use customer and competitive research and use it to influence product launch strategy and drive effective messaging across all marketing, sales and customer communication channels
• Lead product launches and ongoing promotion in collaboration with product, product management and the entire marketing team and the broader go-to-market teams including sales, revenue ops, customer solutions, and customer success teams
• Establish product web pages and other collateral for new offerings and updates to existing products
• Generate high quality content for prospective and existing customers including emails, blog posts, webinar content, landing pages, product videos and more
• Drive customer engagement with new features and products via Tulip’s online community
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to drive product qualified leads and engagement with new features, products, hardware devices, and app templates
• Create competitive positioning content for sales, partner, and marketing campaigns

What skills do I need? 

• Must have familiarity with the manufacturing industry - process engineering, manufacturing engineering or similar required
• B2B marketing experience preferred
• Demonstrable experience owning positioning and messaging for a product or line of products
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects to completion
• Ambitious, with a growth mindset, and can lead projects with a high level of autonomy
