Corporate Solutions Director
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Corporate Solutions Director to join CCC’s Corporate business unit. This role will help drive revenue growth by overseeing the strategy for marketing programs and activities for CCC’s content workflow solutions and copyright licenses with a focus on support for sales of our solutions both within and outside the U.S. You’ll collaborate with product management, marketing, customer service, and sales to develop positioning and messaging and create compelling sales enablement. You will become the expert when it comes to the buyer and influencer personas for your products and transfer this knowledge to the sales and service teams. Great communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into business benefits, are crucial.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Corporate Solutions Director, you will develop the go-to-market strategy for the products and services CCC offers to corporations and serve as the business owner for a product line. You will conduct market research and analysis, create customer personas, and develop product positioning and messaging that drives demand for our products. Collaborating with colleagues across a wide range of roles, you will solve complex problems in a diverse and challenging market and serve as the voice of the customer. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits.
In this role, you will:
Perform market research to understand our buyers and users
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to market problems and develop business plans, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies for them
Develop new and update current buyer and user personas, ensuring that all staff members who build, sell and support our products understand the personas, their role in the evaluation and buying process, and reasons they buy
Serve as business owner for Agile Scrum teams developing new products and features
Plan, build and successfully execute product launches, collaborating with a cross-functional group to ensure a positive customer experience from lead to close and through implementation and support.
Research the competitive landscape and develop tools to educate sales and help them win against competitors.
Build compelling persona-driven positioning and messaging that articulates the value of CCC solutions and their differentiators.
Develop strategies and programs to ensure revenue and business goals are achieved
Identify trends and track the marketplace. Share your insights proactively with product management, marketing and customer-facing teams
Monitor financial performance of product lines and recommend action
Work closely with technical and functional teams, key senior stakeholders/leadership to execute and report on the results of key initiatives; share key learnings with product teams and others; make recommendations about future improvements
Create and deliver sales enablement, including presentations, product overviews, FAQs, competitive tools, win/loss analysis, battle cards and market overview content
Work with subject matter experts internally and externally to build thought leadership content in a variety of formats including white papers, webinars, blog posts, videos, web content and more
Attend relevant industry trade-shows, prospect, and customer meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
8 + years of experience in product management, product marketing, or similar role preferably in B2B software or professional services
Bachelor’s degree
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Salesforce
Up to 20% travel
