PR Media Coordinator
Indigo improves grower profitability, environmental sustainability, and consumer health through the use of natural microbiology and digital technologies. Responsibilities:
Become familiar with Indigo’s media landscape and targets
- Assist with responding to media questions
- Work with PR agency to draft pitches, build media lists
- Develop comprehensive internal media list
- Work with PR team to develop media tracking system
- Decipher news relevant to Indigo
- Disseminates weekly news clippings
- Support or own corporate leadership bios and headshots
Own the scheduling and planning of all PR-related events whether external or internal
- Manage calendar for all external employee speaking events and speaking opportunities in calendar
- Schedule executive media briefings and prepare media briefing documents
- Support the facilitation of office tours and other community relations events
- Support the PR manager in planning and execution for media events and opportunities
- Build relationships with all Executive Assistants across the company

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Experience in a people-facing role
- 1 year at a PR agency, a plus
- Experience in coordination, whether as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or club organizer, a plus
- Impeccable writing skills to help with reporter follow-ups or written interviews
