About the team
The Marketing Team is a diverse group of strategic thinkers, passionate doers, data enthusiasts, and true originals, all working together to solve interesting problems. Together, we help businesses of all sizes build deeper customer relationships, acquire bigger audiences, and use data to fuel amazing experiences.
The Operations Team tackles a wide range of projects, from integrated campaigns to CRM management, high-visibility data reporting, and tech stack automation. We work cross-functionally with many Klaviyo teams to foster a data-driven culture and drive operational efficiency.
About the role
As a Marketing Systems Manager, you’ll be the strategic manager and day-to-day owner of our Marketing Operations tech stack. When new tools and systems are proposed, you’ll ask how and why these fit into the existing ecosystem, and make the call on if the business need exists.You’ll collaborate with all relevant stakeholders, from Legal and Procurement to Sales Operations, all while under the leadership of the Marketing Operations Manager and Director of Business Operations.
How you’ll have an impact
Systems Manager can mean different things to different people. At Klaviyo it means you’ll:
- Implement, manage, and configure multiple Marketing applications, as well as their integrations
- Manage configuration and solution design in Salesforce, such as flows, approval rules, and validation rules that align with Marketing processes
- Help users troubleshoot system issues and act as the liaison between our internal power users and vendors
- Partner with subject matter experts to gather requirements and configure enhancement requests for Salesforce and other marketing systems
- Play an integral role within our team to maintain our overall Marketing application ecosystem
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 4 years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Vast experience implementing and managing various Marketing technologies
- Are constantly thinking of ways to make the tech stack more efficient and streamlined
- Are results oriented, have strong attention to detail, and are able to prioritize multiple objectives and projects
- Experience in navigating custom Salesforce integrations and/or managed package installations
- Position can be Boston, MA or remote, but must be willing to work East Coast hours
Nice to have
- Sendoso administration certification
- Implementer and/or power-user of the following platforms: Heap.io, Drift, Outreach, Reachdesk/Sendoso, Calibermind, Fullstory, 6sense, Monday.com, etc.
