Devo is seeking a Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager to build an agile, efficient and instrumented approach for go-to-market campaigns and measurement. Reporting to Head of Demand Generation and Digital Marketing, this role is pivotal to Devo achieving its next level of growth.

This role is ideal for those candidates who love to:

·  Problem solve: You’re not afraid to ask “why” and look for ways to improve on what’s already been done. Use technologies and process to get to market faster, more efficiently, and produce repeatable results

·  Use data as a competitive advantage: You obsess on how to instrument conversion funnels, are up to date on new technologies and data collection methods, and enable team members to use data for decision making

·  Enable collaboration: You use technology and process to help teams communicate more successfully and produce more results

·  Experiment: You have the knowledge to define and measure continuous testing and improvement

Responsibilities:

  • Own the marketing operations and analytics tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Drift, Demandbase), evaluating opportunities to improve integrations and adopt new technologies to support growth
  • Build multipurpose analytics tools and methodologies for sales, marketing, and Devo leadership teams; from channel conversion analysis to sales intelligence and everything in between, you’ll become the resident expert on go-to-market marketing data
  • Lead the demand generation team operations and analytics to help the team effectively measure campaign success across and within channels
  • Develop and implement best practices for our marketing automation system, including data enrichment, lead management, and email marketing campaigns

Qualifications

  • Experience designing and implementing operational best practices in B2B marketing teams
  • Knowledge of B2B demand generation tactics, including ABM, direct response, and nurture campaigns
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Deep knowledge of integration and implementation of marketing automation and digital technologies
  • Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus
