About the role
The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tactical execution of our Marketing Automation Platform (Hubspot) and Marketing tech stack. This spans from campaign execution/optimization, deliverability best practices, list uploads, database sizing, and ensuring leads are routed correctly . An ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of being resourceful, a self-starter, and have a passion for innovation and change.
The Marketing Operations Specialist will be joining the Marketing Operations Team within the Business Operations and Finance organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Demand, Digital, ABM, and Event teams to ensure operational excellence in all marketing programs executed.
- Manage the day-to-day tactical execution of our Marketing Automation Platform (Hubspot).
- Continually track and report on campaign and program metrics, conduct ROI analysis to determine the effectiveness of all marketing programs, and optimize campaign efforts accordingly.
- Obsess about clean and organized data. You will ensure data in Hubspot is clean, accurate, complete, organized, and easily reportable.
- Manage lead flow ensuring contacts and accounts are correctly assigned.
- Test and troubleshoot campaign issues that may arise, such as configuration and integration issues.
- Maintain high levels of marketable data hygiene with fast-growing, high-volume database.
- Support current and new system integrations to the growing Marketing tech stack.
Requirements:
- Prior Marketing Operations experience
- Data-driven individual with strong business acumen and focus on analytical problem solving, and data manipulation
- Experience with using Hubspot and Salesforce.com required (good to have: 6 Sense, Bizible, Zoominfo and Outreach)
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and a focus on learning with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong organization skills, time management skills, detail-orientation, and ability to multitask
