The Marketing Operations Specialist role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual seeking a dynamic and high energy work environment. This new position offers the chance to define and create the foundation needed to support our net new lead generation and account expansion efforts. Learn how to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, build a Kanban board to capture and prioritize requests from internal customers, use your creativity to define and implement improvements to Pardot. This role offers the chance to work with teams located around the world. 

We are looking for someone who demonstrates the following skills and competencies:

  • Digital mindset - experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot or similar), CRM (Salesforce.com specifically), and web publishing (WordPress or similar). HTML experience a plus but not required.
  • Interpersonal Savvy – relates openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.
  • Persuasive – uses compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others.
  • Plans and aligns – plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
  • Action oriented – takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Optimizes work processes – knows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Communicates effectively – Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and tight, competing deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, general business or liberal arts
  • 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing, corporate communications
  • Marketing/ad agency experience helpful
