Marketing Operations Analyst
Job Description:
The Marketing Operations Analyst will partner with the Director of Lead Management to drive continuous improvement of our lead scoring and routing operations. The role will work cross-functionally with key members of the Marketing Operations, Marketing leadership and Revenue (Business Development) teams. What you'll own:
- Drive lead routing operations, including technical changes, to ensure efficient and accurate handoff to Revenue.
- Partner with MarTech on lead enrichment processes and operations - including how enrichment impacts global lead scoring models.
- Build technical and process documentation for lead scoring, routing and sales handoff activities.
- Provide strategic guidance to business leaders, championing continuous improvement and supporting data-based decision making.
- Develop positive relationships with Marketing leadership teams and across critical cross-functional teams such as IT, Revenue and Demand.
Experience you'll need:
- College degree with 2-4 years of related experience in a marketing operations, analytics, or consulting role.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo. Experience with RingLead and Tableau a plus.
- Broad understanding of B2B lead/customer lifecycle, demand generation metrics, and sales processes.
- Past experience engaging with executives; including preparing strategic analysis, crafting recommendations, and implementing proposed solutions.
- Experience running mid-to-large cross-functional projects with varying degrees of complexity.
- Ability to problem solve independently and prioritize work based upon anticipated business value.
