This role is a full-time position responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of marketing programs and strategies designed to get our National Organization and Franchise, Dealer & Distributor partners (both new and existing) engaged with the Program and signing up new customers quickly. 

This position will require hands-on analysis, strategizing, planning, budgeting, and implementation of all campaigns. The Marketing Manager will also partner with colleagues across the organization, including marketing, sales, programs, operations, creative, and analytics.

This candidate should have strong program management, communication and analytical skills. This individual will be joining a high performing, collaborative marketing team with a strong connection to the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to understand the needs and challenges of various National Organizations (Chambers of Commerce, SCORE chapters, and SBDC offices) to develop programs that will have impact.
  • Drive deeper engagement across our network of Franchise partners - as well as craft an approach to target and drive productivity from low penetration/high opportunity partners.
  • Create and execute on a marketing and communication plan to support the success of new and existing partners.
  • Develop marketing programs to increase the number of educational seminars conducted at National Organizations across the United States.
  • Become the point person from any program-related questions and proactively inform internal stakeholders of what is being executed in-market.
  • Conduct post-program assessment to track results, measure ROI, and objectively compare programs to one another, leading to program optimization.
  • Prioritize program opportunities to determine where to spend time and budget resources and deliver the biggest impact.
  • Represent Constant Contact and the Program at national, regional, and/or state-level conferences.
  • Work cross-functionally to garner the buy-in and support of key stakeholders to push initiatives forward.

Skills/Technical Expertise:

Our ideal teammate will have experience assisting in the development of integrated marketing programs. We are looking for someone who is sales-focused, a strong relationship builder and collaborator, a strategic thinker, extremely responsive, creative, proactive, and hands on, with the ability to work with various levels of management in a highly matrixed environment. Plus, we want someone with:

  • Demonstrated experience executing marketing programs that lead to tangible results.
  • Solid industry/market/technology knowledge (familiarity with chambers, SCORE, SBDC, franchises, dealer & distributor networks or member-based organizations, small business markets, Constant Contact’s strategy/position in the market, and product lines a plus).
  • Data driven, motivated, independent worker that delivers and tracks results.
  • Organized, quick thinker who has ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed, dynamic marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability working with cross-functional groups, establishing a unified vision and creating a collaborative work environment among diverse groups.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to manage a budget and track ROI of initiatives vs. spend
