Marketing Manager, HubSpot Agency Program

HubSpot’s channel agency program is a key differentiator to our company’s success and plays a critical role in HubSpot’s growth across the globe. Since 2010, HubSpot has partnered with digital agencies around the world to help them grow their businesses by offering inbound marketing and sales services to their clients.

As a Marketing Manager on the partner marketing team, you will help enable our massive, global partner community. You will represent the voice of the partner and be responsible for working closely with our internal product, marketing, sales, and services teams as well as directly with our agency partners to develop and execute go-to-market strategies with the goal of helping our agency partners receive more value out of the program, and ultimately be more successful reselling partners.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Package, organize and deliver our go-to-market enablement resources to the global partner community in multiple formats (written, video, etc.) that inspires our partners to adopt, market and sell new products.
  • Gather feedback from different partner personas to inform the creation of our specialization go-to-market model (i.e. by region, agency size, vertical).
  • Create localization strategies to support region specific enablement resources for APAC, EMEA, LATAM and NAM partners.
  • Support regional sales and services teams in Sydney, Tokyo, Singapore, Berlin, Bogota, Dublin and Cambridge.
  • Develop industry and competitive insights, relative to our product, that help our agency partners position our products with their clients.
  • Work closely with top-tier partners to manage co-marketing efforts.
  • Track effectiveness of programs, measuring results, sharing success stories and making recommendations for future improvements

We're looking for people who:

  • Be a charismatic go-getter with a knack for relationship building, and ability to work cross functionally across product, marketing, services, sales and training teams.
  • Have a drive for urgency to work through projects with tight timelines.
  • Be detail-oriented to manage projects and campaigns with many moving parts.
  • Have a passion for both sales enablement and channel marketing!
  • Have a customer-first mentality and have a passion for seeing our Agency Partners succeed!
  • Have 3+ years on a fast paced marketing team
  • Experience in either product marketing or channel marketing
  • Exceptional storytelling capabilities

Location:

Location is flexible for the right candidate. The partner marketing team is split across two offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts and Dublin, Ireland.
