The Academy acquisition team is looking for an empathetic, data-driven marketer who can bring our education to the millions. In this role, you will be responsible for building a highly qualified audience and converting that audience into HubSpot Academy users. You will do this by growing our social channels, YouTube channel, and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand. You will work very closely with other acquisition specialists and content creators to make HubSpot Academy the ‘go-to’ education platform for growing a career or business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin)
  • Create innovative and engaging content for each channel
  • Responsible for creating engaging content storyboards for YouTube channel and collaborating with video team to develop them into videos
  • Grow YouTube channel views and subscribers
  • Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand
  • Create and execute promotion plans for launching new Academy courses
  • Manage a content promotion calendar
  • Closely watch trends in social and identify innovative new ways to drive demand
  • Report results to management

Qualifications:

  • Passionate and driven with 3+ years experience in a content marketing role
  • Creative thinker who can create innovative, engaging content
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Proven ability to build an audience (e.g. blog or social channel)
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Data-driven and comfortable with data analysis
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Video creation skills a bonus
  • HubSpot Academy certification a plus (Inbound or Content Marketing)
