Marketing Lead
Who we’re looking for
ODSC is seeking a Marketing Lead for our US and global markets. This position reports to the Executive Director and is located on-site in Cambridge (Kendall Square).

What you’ll do
Manage strategy and execution of demand creation, demand generation, and customer acquisition marketing campaigns
Develop campaigns from concept and research through to writing promotional content across paid marketing, organic social media, email marketing
Monitor and optimize campaigns with a focus on measurable performance
Report on all marketing activity to assess reach, impact, and ROI
Analyze and optimize campaigns, draw insights, and present results clearly to facilitate sound decision-making and next steps
Research and acquire new media partners and marketing platforms that will generate new leads and drive customer acquisition
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or communications (Master’s preferred)
4-6 years of relevant experience
Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, team, and partners
Direct experience using HubSpot (or other marketing automation platform), Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and Google Analytics to create and manage campaigns, and measure outcomes and user engagement
Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multitask while driving results.
Proficient knowledge of marketing tools such as CRM, content management, social and analytics.
Interest and experience in PR a plus
