We’re looking for a Marketing Director who will lead our efforts to plan, initiate and drive growth through programs to attract new enterprise customers and expand existing relationships. You’ll be responsible for quickly learning our market and building awareness with real estate developers across the US and Canada. You will report to the CEO and manage an associate marketing manager.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Plan, organize, drive and analyze online and offline programs to generate new leads in target accounts and markets
  • Build key relationships with customers and industry thought leaders through hosting events, establishing customer advisory programs and ensuring coUrbanize has a presence and speaking opportunities at industry events
  • Create awareness for our solution by developing press releases and campaigns focused on customer success, ROI and promote case studies
  • Understand the ways in which our core customers - real estate developers - learn about and adopt new technology and business practices
  • Work closely with sales to implement Account-Based Marketing strategies to run multi-channel campaigns to our target account lists
  • Identify and test new demand gen channels, whether it's editorial sponsorships, direct mail, podcasts, new social channels, new press outlets. You will evaluate and exploit successful experiments to drive growth
  • In your first 60 days, you’ll talk to customers, work closely with sales and take full ownership of the enterprise marketing direction for the company

Requirements:

  • You have at least 6 years of relevant enterprise B2B startup marketing experience, bonus points for previous sales experience; experience marketing commercial real estate developments or marketing to real estate developers also scores points
  • You have demonstrated experience leading successful enterprise marketing efforts to build awareness and lead acquisition for revenue growth
  • You have experience with Account Based Marketing aimed at targeting enterprise companies
  • You are an expert working with marketing software tools
  • You have experience working at early stage companies where creativity and execution are core to the role
  • You have deep analytical skills and constantly measure the impact of your work to drive strategy
