Follain is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized contractor to manage our email program. In this role, you will create and schedule all emails using Iterable, as well as report on performance and provide recommendations based on your analysis.

This position reports to the Director of Digital Strategy and will collaborate very closely with our Content Marketing, Graphic Design, Copywriting, and Merchandising teams.

Scope of Work:

• Overall responsibility for managing email program
• Create and schedule all emails using Iterable
• Report on email performance weekly and monthly, providing recommendations, analysis and areas for improvement
• Approximately 5 hours per week @ 8-12 weeks 

Deliverables:

• Approximately 3-4 email sends per week
• Reporting feedback to Director of Digital 

Required Qualifications:

• Experience managing an email program, ideally for an early to mid-stage start-up 
• Expertise managing Iterable marketing platform
• Ability to build emails and schedule sends for appropriate customers lists
