Breezeway is looking for a talented Marketing Associate to join our mission in powering the future of property care & services. This is a key role on our growth team, and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns focused on both demand generation and customer retention. If you are deeply analytical, are a strong writer and storyteller, and have demonstrated experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams to nurture leads through the sales funnel, then this is a meaningful and rewarding opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

• Play a leading role in content creation; blog posts, whitepapers, infographics, case studies, etc. Work closely with Director of Marketing to promote these materials across different channels.
• Concept and execute on all types of sales materials; including copywriting to ensure overall messaging resonates with prospects.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to brainstorm new campaigns to drive inbound leads.
• Create and maintain our brand strategy, messaging, style guide and design best practices.
• Maintain operational excellence within HubSpot CRM. Build and implement workflows, sequences and smart lists to assist sales with tracking and reporting.

Who You Are

• Strong writer and content creation skills, comfortable with programs such as Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Working knowledge of managing and optimizing the marketing funnel from inquiry to sales qualified lead.
• Ability to prioritize and execute across multiple marketing activities and deliverables, with a focus on producing measurable results.
• Entrepreneurial and hard-working, with strong problem-solving skills.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in demand generation or content marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communicator who has conviction to champion point of view, but can also successfully collaborate with others.
