We are looking for a marketing associate who is passionate about startups and innovation to work on DigitalOcean’s Hatch team. Hatch is a global startup program that helps entrepreneurs launch and scale their businesses in the cloud. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for daily operational needs of this rocketship marketing program and helping the team execute on an ambitious global strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work with the immediate Hatch team to manage all day to day marketing needs including email and social media management for the Hatch program
• Create and distribute inspiring, startup-related content for entrepreneurs in order to drive applications and engagement through email and social media
• Oversee the Hatch application process and ensure the program has appropriate tracking processes to effectively and efficiently measure results
• Manage the Hatch program operations and assist the Hatch team with the program engagement strategy to create a flourishing startup community
