About the Job:
RapDev is looking to hire a Marketing Associate with outstanding organizational and research skills. Marketing Associates are expected to be creative individuals with excellent communication skills and excellent time management.
At this level, you have a basic understanding of marketing and are working towards acquiring more profound knowledge. You support senior marketing team members by understanding marketing objectives and plans. Your responsibilities include leading specific marketing projects and activities. You collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects and tasks on time. A key characteristic is an ability to set personal development goals, learn from mistakes, and accept constructive criticism.
To ensure success, a Marketing Associate should be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
- Implement marketing plans that include a variety of mediums - digital, print, in-person
- Create branding campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
- Set up and manage tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
- Develop and manage all internal communication systems.
- Create, maintain and strengthen the organization's overall brand through all media avenues.
- Manage event marketing plans and promotional vendors.
- Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts, and other visual aids.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related (essential).
- Two years experience in marketing program development and execution.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
- Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and web editing packages.
