AutoStore is seeking a Marketing Associate in Derry, NH (Hybrid)

The Marketing Associate is a new position that will assist the North American Marketing Manager and Global Marketing Team to help grow the AutoStore brand and execute a go-to-market strategy in the U.S. market. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to take part in getting our storage revolution to new and exciting customers. Your skillset should include creating structure, planning, and setting direction, combining creativity, problem-solving and excellent communication skills. In addition, you love to be hands-on in your deliverables and are intrigued by an organization that values its employees as its most important assets.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Marketing and communication execution in collaboration with the North American Marketing Manager and Global marketing teams
• Assist with the coordination of all U.S. trade shows and conferences
• Follow up with vendors and stakeholders, including external trade-show organizers, event partners, exhibit warehouse, etc. 
• Book and coordinate relevant event services, including logistics, shipping of inventory, travel and accommodation for crew and participants according to the aligned budget.
• Plan and execute pre- and post-show promotional marketing
• Assist with planning and execution of webinars, marketing initiatives with third-party industry partners, and thought leadership pieces

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management, communications, or another relevant field or relevant work experience
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of the processes around tradeshow planning and execution. 
• Comfortable with building partnerships with external vendors and internal cross-collaborative teams 
• Proficiency with basic commuter programming, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Experience using Salesforce, Monday, HubSpot, or other digital planning tools is a plus. 
• Ability to build consensus and bring together cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment 
• ·Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including: social, digital, and email marketing
• Occasional travel will be required
