We're looking to bring on a Marketing Analytics Team Lead to join our fantastic Marketplace Analytics team, leveraging a modern infrastructure to empower game-changing business insights. This role will play a critical role in driving exceptional marketing results that wow prospects and customers alike while returning positive financial outcomes.

What You'll Do:

-Play a leadership role in the development of marketing strategy and the continued testing and optimization that comes with rapid growth.

-Oversee and contribute to marketing testing strategy, segmentation and targeting methodologies.

-Partner with Marketing stakeholders to develop and refine reporting and insights generation to meet the evolving needs of the business.

-Collaborate with Product, Finance and other key stakeholders to ensure insights gained directly from our customer behavior can be leveraged to improve our business and experience across the company.

-Build and grow a team committed to exceptional customer and marketing program analytics.

-Nurture our collaborative and autonomous development culture while improving team/process performance at every chance you get.

You Have:

-Experience in Marketing Analytics within a Marketplace or mature e-commerce environment.

-Expertise with developing and optimizing multi-dimensional customer segmentation approaches, customer-level ROI and LTV analysis and multi-touch attribution models.

-Familiarity with Google Marketing tools, DSP and ESP applications and the application of both first and third party data as a means for campaign targeting.

-Expertise with common business intelligence applications, especially Tableau, SiSense or similar tools.

-A proven track record of applying creativity to complex quantitative problems.

-A strong SQL & Statistical background, ideally with complementary Snowflake, Python and/or R experience.

-A sharp mind, a soft heart and a large funny bone.
