Manager, Integrated Marketing

Responsibilities:

 

Adopt and begin executing our campaign process in a manner that establishes it as a recognizable and branded aspect of what the marketing org is responsible for

  • Be seen as the marketing point person for several internal teams with inspired confidence
  • Become well versed in Indigo’s approach to channel strategy across all channels, enough to operate and optimize it

Provide end to end campaign management, from timeline management to campaign setup, delivery of assets and information through to troubleshooting and reporting

  • Ensure creative excellence, cohesiveness and quality across campaigns
  • Execute on 3+ campaigns at any given time

Become familiar with Indigo’s brand and understand the key stakeholders

Develop new ideas that forge innovation and drive effective engagement with desired end-users

Competencies:

  • Awareness and understanding of digital and offline advertising, full spectrum of marketing channels and an appreciation for integration
  • Ability to think strategically and roll up their sleeves to execute / get really tactical.
  • Ability to represent the voice of various end-users
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally, familiar with several teams
  • Able to demonstrate/model brand stewardship
  • Able to collaborate with senior leaders as a holistic thinker across the organization but ego-less in taking direction
  • Strong ability to prioritize when several campaigns are competing for time & resources
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage several deadlines, business needs and priorities
  • Curious and fast learner - ability to quickly get up to speed on newly formed and developing products & programs and quickly understand business objectives to execute against them
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience running analytics on campaign performance, comfortable with numbers and digital tracking mechanisms

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of Marketing experience
  • Brand / agency experience; can discern quality work
  • Familiar with digital product development, agile framework
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Global marketing experience is preferred
  • Solutions-oriented and agile in style
  • Proven track record in fast paced environment
  • Travel required, 1-2 times per month

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
