Summary
The Enterprise Loyalty Operations team is responsible for the end-to-end execution of loyalty program and rewards setup for our enterprise restaurant partners on Grubhub. We are looking for an experienced manager to lead a team of loyalty operations specialists and further refine the processes and tools necessary to support our restaurant brands. The ideal candidate for this role is meticulous, proactive, process-obsessed, data-driven and able to support his or her team in juggling high-stakes, highly visible enterprise loyalty & rewards initiatives.
Some Challenges You’ll Tackle
- Refining the ways in which we support our internal teams. Today, the Enterprise Loyalty Operations team primarily supports the Partnerships and Account Advisor teams on campaign execution on Grubhub’s marketplace. Moving forward, there is an opportunity to support our Technical Brand Managers, who have relationships with our agency clients, on branded channel campaign execution.
- Driving flawless execution amidst chaos. Our enterprise partners can’t get enough of our loyalty and rewards tools. This is a fantastic position to be in, of course, but it also means that we’re constantly juggling and prioritizing requests. It’s up to you to manage this activity and ensure that we have the right processes, cross-team buy-in, and checks in place such that the campaigns we run are executed as expected – every time.
- Developing turnkey loyalty and rewards reporting. It’s not enough to simply run rewards and loyalty programs for our clients. They rely on our expertise and perspective to understand the impact of rewards initiatives on diner behavior and their bottom line. You will be responsible for leading certain reporting requests and data pulls to support our marketplace and branded channel clients alike. In addition, you will continually push our team to refine loyalty and rewards best practices and performance benchmarks.
You Should Have
- Minimum 2 years management experience.
- Background in consulting, strategy, data analysis, and/or marketing.
- Outstanding communication and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in SQL; outstanding ability to analyze data and churn out actionable insights.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Redash and Chart.io.
- Get-it-done attitude; no problem or project is too daunting for you to tackle, and you prefer to tackle things proactively rather than reactively.
- Desire to grow and lead a high-performing team.
And Of Course, Perks!
- Flexible PTO. It’s true, no strings attached and all the time you need to recharge.
- Better Benefits. Get quality insurance, flex-spending accounts, retirement options and commuter perks.
- Free Food. Kitchens are stocked and free Grubhub each week.
- Stock Up. All of our employees are owners, in fact, they’re granted Restricted Stock Units, which means we’re all in it to win it.
- Casual Culture. Catch rays on the rooftop or get comfy on a couch and get to know your coworkers — because work, should be a place you want to be.
