The Follain family is currently in search of an Influencer & Partnerships Manager to join our team!
This role is responsible for leading the influencer marketing strategy, execution, and relationship
management to amplify Follain’s unique position in the clean beauty space. They will collaborate
with both paid and unpaid influencers to develop meaningful, engaging content that drives
awareness, followers, and sales. The person in this role has exceptional collaborative and project
management skills as well as proven experience partnering with influencers and brands to develop
branded content.
Responsibilities
- Own the paid and unpaid influencer strategy and execution for key social channels including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
- Achieve new customer acquisition targets monthly at the budgeted CAC
- Stay abreast of clean beauty influencer trends and competitive activity and leverage learnings to develop and grow Follain’s influencer strategy
- Create, develop, and grow Follain’s influencer database (both paid and unpaid)
- Partner with influencer management agencies to ensure content is delivered on time, on budget, and on strategy
- Act as relationship manager for Follain unpaid influencer partners including regular emails, product mailings, in-person meetings when applicable, and social media engagement (e.g. liking posts, commenting on posts, direct messages, etc.)
- Develop and refine paid influencer contracts and posting scheduling plan
- Identify and proactively engage new influencers that fit the brand mission and vision
- Collaborate with the Social Media Assistant Manager to leverage influencer UGC for owned social media accounts (e.g. regrams, stories, etc.)
- Develop influencer best practices for the brand and share out to key stakeholders
- Weekly reporting on new customer acquisition and CAC with monthly reporting on reach, followers, engagement rate, shares, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing for a consumer brand or agency with demonstrated achievement of reaching sales, reach, and engagement goals. Strong understanding of which types of influencers to use for different marketing goals: direct response, awareness building, UGC, etc.
- At least 1 year of experience managing influencers to direct response metrics such as customer acquisition and CAC
- Strong writing, verbal, communication, and project management skills
- Extremely organized with attention to detail; proven project manager that can work across creative groups and business organizations to accomplish goals
- Experience analyzing paid influencer marketing campaigns
- Experience partnering and leading external agencies
- Contract negotiation experience a plus
- Entrepreneurial and self-starter spirit willing with bias towards rapidly testing and iterating
