SUMMARY:

Cybereason is seeking a Head of Product Marketing with experience and passion for messaging, positioning, and tooling the GTM teams to win in the field. To be considered a strong candidate you must have a proven track record of building and leading world-class product marketing teams through one or more of the startup, introduction, hyper-growth, and maturity stages of the product life cycle. You are an articulate and seasoned product marketing leader with a strong foundation in SaaS businesses. You inspire the entire organization with your market and customer knowledge, product vision, and infectious can-do attitude. You thirst for customer interaction and take pride in your interviewing and storytelling skills. You obsess over customer problems and relentlessly pursue ways to create more value. You have deep analytical skills and rely on data and customer conversations to help make informed product decisions. You are a natural mentor and understand the importance of continuous learning for yourself and your team. You are accountable for the successful delivery and operational excellence of your products. You are never satisfied with the status quo and always pushing yourself and your team to raise the bar. 
Responsibilities:

  • Focus on Messaging, Positioning, and tooling the GTM teams to win in the field
  • Manage Analysts Relations and competitive intel
  • Interface strongly with the Product Management team and leverage engineering to build strong product launches, and messages in the marketplace
  • Own and create all supportive collateral for business development relationships, working directly with the Global head of Biz Dev
  • Develop KPIs to evaluate execution of the team and impact on the company
  • Demonstrate a customer-driven mindset by participating frequently in customer conversations and ensuring ongoing customer feedback and validation
  • Inspire the Sales, Customer Success and Professional Services teams with your vision, market knowledge, and executional abilities.
  • Assess current and emerging technologies and market/industry trends in order to inform platform strategy
  • Recruit and retain "A" players and inspire your team with genuine enthusiasm and passion

Skills:

  • Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude
  • Minimum 8 years Enterprise SaaS product marketing experience
  • Ability to create strong working relationships with GTM teams
  • Strong ability to work well cross-functionally on a personal level with executives and individual team members
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven product decisions
  • Exceptional customer interviewing and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to establish clear priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience developing and leading high performing teams
