Viator’s Partnerships team is an exciting, fast growing business unit that drives revenue growth, diversification and innovation for Viator.  We offer partners the opportunity to serve their users and generate income by connecting to our supply of tours and activities.  You will be part of a team that works on some of the most exciting deals in the industry and will have a significant impact on the growth and performance of the business.

As Head of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and shaping a world-class product marketing competency within the industry’s leading partnerships program.  Collaborating closely with Product Management, you will serve as the voice of the partner, providing essential feedback loops that will influence the product strategy and roadmap.

In this role, you will own and/or contribute to the Partnership team’s OKRs relating to acquisition, adoption, growth, engagement and retention.

As Head of Product Marketing, Partnerships, you will:

  • Drive the effectiveness of positioning, launch, demand, and adoption of our partner platforms and programs 

  • Define  partner segments and personas across the entire buyer and partner success journey 

  • Ensure the success of business development, sales, onboarding, partner success and support by equipping them with knowledge, messaging, processes and collateral for attracting new partners and for growing product adoption after sales.  

  • Partner with a high-performing Product Management team to distill complex, technical product features into crisp value propositions for non-technical users and business decision makers across Viator’s partner segments

  • Introduce features within the product platforms that drive adoption and engagement across partner segments

  • Conduct market research with existing and potential partners to uncover opportunities to create a highly differentiated product offering and innovate in new markets

 

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in product, product marketing and/or marketing, 

  • At least 5 years in B2B product marketing with technical products, including some experience in the affiliate marketing and/or  e-commerce distribution landscape

  • At least 3 years people management

  • Proven success translating complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions and marketing messaging

  • Demonstrated capacity to craft holistic growth programs that drive adoption, engagement and retention, including through products features

  • Track record of translating customer needs into product ideas that result in innovative product solutions that are adopted by target audiences

  • Strongly preferred: basic SQL
