Job Overview:
Toast is looking for an entry level Growth Ops Associate. You will join a dynamic Growth Operations team that is the “go-to” team for GTM, providing administrative and process support all aspects of the GTM process. We are a collaborative team that takes our work seriously and has fun doing it. The success of the Growth Operations team directly impacts the revenue streams of the company. What you will do?
- Develop and improve reporting efficiency and accuracy through the automation and optimization of reporting processes and data sources.
- Run and optimize territory management for all reps and districts
- Use, implement, and train on tools to aid in territory management
- Pull data from multiple data sources, including Salesforce and Excel spreadsheets to aggregate into reports and business insights.
- Create reports using Salesforce
- Provide governance and ensure accountability on our sales process as it relates to territory management
- Ensure all Service Level Agreements between teams are being adhered to
- Continually identify opportunities to improve productivity, leveraging automation and system improvements whenever possible
- Provide analytical support for sales leaders on an ad hoc basis.
- Collaborate with peers in sales and operations and other parts of the business to streamline analytical functions and outputs.
- Manage special projects, as needed, by the business to drive sales performance.
