We are looking for an experienced marketing professional, to lead the way with our digital strategy, as we build a revolutionary new brand in Brazil, and throughout the world.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented professional who thrives at the intersection of data and marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills with a hunger to drive business growth.

  • Use a data-driven approach to identify, execute, and optimize digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive in-app actions and acquire new customers.
  • Understand how our users interact with our mobile app, identify growth opportunities, and execute on projects to drive growth and engagement.
  • Identify and execute A/B tests to draw insights critical for growth and optimization.
  • Brainstorm & research targeting opportunities and messaging concepts for campaigns.
  • Understand audience, audience insights and audience needs.
  • Work with our data analytics team to improve customer insights and develop customer personas.
  • Manage a user acquisition budget, balancing experimentation and performance, with a goal of driving down acquisition costs over time.
  • Own and drive key metrics including CAC, LTV, growth, and channel performance
  • Stay informed of industry trends and make recommendations on new advertising tools, techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Mobile Experience is required
  • Proven track record of developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across a variety of channels (PPC, affiliate, paid social, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and marketing attribution models
  • Strong quantitative capabilities and is comfortable with manipulating large datasets
  • Customer-centric mindset and the ability to understand our target demographic
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends .
  • and best practices in search and mobile performance marketing
  • Prior startup experience or demonstrated ability to be a scrappy, resourceful self-starter
  • 4+ years experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns on social platforms
  • Previous experience/exposure with fintechs (digital banking, payments, credit/lending) and/or experience with LatAm or Brazilian markets is a strong plus
