We’re looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves Growth Marketing Manager who wants to improve quality of life for millions of humans.

You’re an excellent candidate if you:

• Have 3-5 years experience in growth marketing at an early-stage company
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree
• Are a master of HubSpot (workflows, landing pages, emails, sequences, etc.)
• Live and breathe marketing automation
• Are analytical and always measuring yourself, yet emotionally intelligent
• Have deep knowledge of multi-channel marketing
• Have experience with email marketing
• Know what ABM stands for and have likely implemented a strategy before
• Have managed a content marketing strategy
• Live and breathe A/B testing, subject lines, CTAs and content
• Can hack things together with HTML & CSS (and likes learning how)

As Eversound’s Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll:

• Report to the VP of Special Projects
• Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager
• Drive MQLs to fuel our sales engine and be measured by revenue attribution
• Constantly test and optimize our conversion funnels
• Learn and grow every day
• Have a ton of fun while impacting hundreds of thousands of seniors
