Global Communications Manager
POSITION:
We’re looking for an energetic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial Global Communications Manager to own, lead, and scale our client, partner, and internal communications program across the company. The Global Communications Manager will be the go-to person for all client and partner communications to continue building our powerful brand and category, and enable client and partner success. This person will be responsible for working with key stakeholders, including product, marketing, customer and partner success teams to manage our overall communications calendar, provide governance from a brand and frequency perspective, and help segment and tailor messaging to our audiences to ensure an exceptional client and partner experience.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Owns the creation of a company-wide global communications plan serving PI employees, clients, partners, prospects, and the market at large.
- Serves as PI’s communications expert, advising on strategies to increase exposure, impact, and achieve needed objectives.
- Establishes effective communication programs that unify disparate communication needs to build customer & partner advocacy, brand awareness, customer & partner satisfaction, and growth—participating in exciting programs like PI’s demand gen and OPTIMA conference.
- Identifies communication dependencies and hierarchies to control the flow and prioritization of communication across all media outlets, like email, blogs, press releases, social.
- Manage and maintain updated company-wide global communication plan, calendar, and cadence to increase overall communications effectiveness.
- Coordinates publication and release of internal and external campaigns pushed by all departments; helping, at times, to develop and execute creative programs and campaigns.
- Ensures brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage stakeholders across all departments and senior management, specifically with the product team, and client and partner success teams, to ensure we deliver an exceptional, consistent customer and partner experience.
- Manages team of two communication specialists focused on partner and client communications.
