As the Ghostwriter on the Growth Marketing team you'll work hand in hand with our co-founders and the marketing team to build meaningful connections with higher education industry leaders at scale. Reporting to the Director of Growth, this role will have direct impact both our ability to achieve our mission and grow our business

What You’ll Do 

  • Attend and observe our exclusive private virtual events for Higher Ed leaders and develop and manage the follow up correspondence on behalf of our Co-founders.
  • Develop comprehensive notes and related actions during and after the events. 
  • Manage the communications following all events to drive ongoing connections and potential deal creation through email and growing our founders social presence.
  • Develop deeper relationships with industry leaders through our co-founders
  • Build our founders' social media presence 
  • Build a strategic approach to growth related to our connections and relationships with Higher Ed presidents, provosts and other leaders
  • Continually test, optimize and execute on those strategies
  • Act in a pre-sales fashion with warm and cold outreach on behalf of the founders to drive meetings.

What You'll Have

  • You're drawn to our mission to help learners take the next step in their lives and you believe that higher education and academia can be a part of that step
  • You're excited about writing for various audiences because you like to flex both style and voice to drive positive outcomes through communication.
  • You have a growth mindset that you'll bring to this new role on a team of experimenters where together we try, fail, learn and try again
  • You have a strong bias towards action
  • You have demonstrated writing skills
  • Experience working in Higher Education or with C-Suite executives will help you onboard more quickly into the role
