Field Marketing Manager
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work on a range of projects required to accelerate the company’s growth in support of the Distribution team (Agency and Enterprise Sales)
- Be the point person in the organization for all field marketing activities and events, both in-person and virtual
- Manage our second annual EverQuote-hosted conference known as Bind, for high value customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
- Host EverQuote field events for high value prospects
- Vet proposed third party events and source additional events that meet strategic and ROI goals. Publish and maintain annual events calendar and gain internal alignment quarterly
- Own and manage event-related marketing plans and activities to drive prospect participation in events, including email invitations, direct mail, social media, etc, and campaign tracking
- Own post-event communications including attendee surveys and event results
- Collaborate with sales and customer success partners to innovate and optimize pre-event, onsite, and post-event marketing and sales efforts
- Work with EverQuote’s internal creative team and creative agencies as needed to refine and produce materials, collateral, virtual assets, and in-person experience.
- Rigorously track spend and ROI to inform future investment decisions and manage the field marketing budget
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop key relationships within the agent channel (district managers, corporate stakeholders, etc)
- Manage and execute the EverQuote Agent Advisory Council events
About You:
- Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a ‘figure it out’ mentality
- Enjoy a high level of organizational exposure and responsibility
- Previous experience planning and coordinating a mid-size B2B conference preferred.
- Passion for planning, details, and bringing everything together to create memorable experiences that drive results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Enjoy using data and insights to support decisions, strategies, and investments
- Comfortable using Salesforce, ability to learn Hubspot
- Willingness to travel and attend multi-day events across the country
- Extremely high achiever in previous endeavors
- Hungry to work hard, learn fast, and develop as a business leader
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Undergraduate degree preferred
