About the Role


We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager - West to support webinars, meetups, field events, corporate events, localized campaigns, partner with ABM and track event metrics. We’re looking for a hard-working and detail-oriented marketer who loves to work on events and enjoys partnering with different functions across the business. This role reports to the Director, Event Marketing & Field.


Responsibilities:


Event Planning

• Support the Digital Event Specialist in maintaining the webinar calendar, and promotion calendar for each webinar

• Help with webcast management; manage schedule, webinar set up, participant invites, recordings 

• Creates webinar registration pages


Event Operations

• Work with the Event Manager to support and strategize Meetups for North America

• Continue to do event research; regional and national events, where competitors are sponsoring, new events

• Work with partner team to create a digital event strategy and incorporate into the global webinar calendar

• Audiograms for event and campaign promotion


Qualifications

  • Previous marketing experience working for a software company planning events & executing campaigns 
  • Very strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Committed to engaging with and delighting customers
  • Proven relationship-building skills with sales teams
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment; start-up experience preferred
  • Familiarity with a range of martech and analytics tools (Our stack includes Goldcast, HubSpot, Wordpress, Salesforce, GoToWebinar, Google suite)
  • Location: Must live on West Coast (TX, OK, MO, IL, IA, KS, MI) for in person events and initiatives
