As mentioned above, NuoDB has positioned itself to make a profound impact on a massive market. To do that, we need to build a world-class marketing function and need an entrepreneurial Field Marketing Manager at the center of the team. Together, the team will align ourselves around an ABM model, target some of the biggest and best companies in the world and help them ready their data strategies for the cloud world. As the Field Marketing Manager, you will lead our efforts to plan, initiate and drive growth through highly innovative online and offline programs aimed at acquiring new customers & expanding current customers. As a team, we will obsess over our customers and do everything with them at the center of the decisions we make.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Organize, Drive and Analyze online and offline programs aimed at acquiring new leads in target accounts.
  • Track full-funnel marketing metrics and make strategic decisions based on the success or failures of past campaigns.
  • Partner with Sales Operations & Sales to build a lead management process that is optimal for prospects & customers and offers collaborative feedback on MQL quality and velocity.
  • Deliver weekly performance reviews to Marketing & Sales leadership.
  • Drive best in class data capture and management. Provide regular database health checks, cleansing, and updates when and where necessary.
  • Use automation to improve the customer experience with NuoDB aimed at educating prospects and customers in advance of their conversation with a NuoDB sales rep.
  • Manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects
  • Partner closely with the rest of the marketing team to ensure messaging, tone and brand uniformity.
  • Use account-based marketing strategies and technology to run multi-channel campaigns against our high-value target list.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, previous sales experience a major plus or at least a compassion for those who do sell
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing aimed at targeting enterprise companies
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A “can-do” attitude
  • Tech-savvy and experience using Marketing Automation & Salesforce
  • College degree is required
  • Able to embrace your inner “Geek” for modern technologies and the impact they’ll have on the world
  • Passionate about being surrounded by incredible people
