This role combines cross-functional strategy and execution, with a significant impact on the business.
What skills do I need?
- 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, at least 2 years of enterprise software marketing experience required
- Experience managing people
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and sales engagement tools
- Experience working with enterprise sales teams on some combination of field marketing, digital account based marketing, or outbound prospecting campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an end-to-end account based marketing plan for the Enterprise segment at Tulip - defining our acquisition strategy to drive market share growth
- Drive coordinated enterprise marketing initiatives including building the campaign strategy, developing targets and budgets, identifying acquisition channels and tactics, informing creative development, owning project management in partnership with other marketers on the team, sales, customer success, and executive sponsors
- Design outbound campaigns and follow up sequences that engage with champions, decision makers, and other stakeholders in collaboration with the account and BDR teams
- Inform executive and enterprise thought leadership strategy in collaboration with Industry practice, leadership, and content marketing teams
- Develop and incorporate strategic partner-ready resources for amplifying programs in the market. Create an impactful and personalized approach for strategic accounts.
- Leverage our sales and marketing operations stack to deliver emails, ads, direct mail, and other messages to leads and contacts.
- Collaborate with Events, Sales, Operations, and Customer teams to design customer and prospect engagement events like c-suite demos, company-specific webinars, hackathons, and other programs.
- Build and own monthly and quarterly marketing qualified account, sales qualified account, and revenue influence targets
- Perform ongoing analysis of new contact acquisition on target accounts, as well as account scoring and contact engagement through weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
