Your Impact
As Mirakl excitedly prepares to welcome many new hires, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Employer Branding specialist to build and execute our employer branding strategy for the Americas and ANZ! This is an exciting, highly visible role with the opportunity to work cross functionally within a global organization along with ample exposure to Mirakl’s senior leadership team.
As the Employer Branding Specialist, you will have the important responsibility to communicate and authentically message Mirakl’s employer brand proposition and make our culture and ways of working come alive! You will help make Mirakl become an employer of choice across multiple regions and support its mission by enabling us to attract and engage top talent at scale.
What You Will Do At Mirakl
- Build our employer branding strategy for the Americas and ANZ that aligns with our core values and our diversity, equity, and inclusion mission.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, members of the People Team, and the business to execute against this strategy.
- Formalize and evangelize our identity as an employer of choice and execute appropriately across regions.
- Improve and manage our local employer brand channels and platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, BuiltinBoston, etc.
- Organize digital and in-person events to highlight Mirakl’s culture, leaders, and teams in order to support recruiting efforts.
- Partner with the EMEA employee branding specialist to ensure we’re driving a global employer brand message with regional execution.
- Continually benchmark against industry and competitor standards.
What Mirakl is Looking for in a Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, marketing or related fields with at least 3+ of those years in direct employer branding roles.
- Strong communication and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- An eagerness to network and create connections both within Mirakl and with external channels, mediums, and platforms.
- Strong mastery over visual story-telling mediums (i.e video, digital art, social media channels, etc).
- Data driven and a bias towards action and continual improvement
