Your role in our mission

We're looking for an exceptional communicator with people skills who is passionate about making social impact through their work. Reporting to the VP Marketing, you will be responsible for communication and engagement campaigns within our existing client portfolio as well as creating launch communications strategies for new clients. As part of the Marketing function, you will be measured on increased awareness of our brand as well as engagement with our product suite and acquiring opportunities to share communications with our clients.

The essentials 

  • You have 3-5 years’ experience at a creative marketing / communications agency or as part of an in-house communications team working in HR or employee engagement.

  • You are passionate about social impact, interested in how technology can drive social change, and excited to be part of business that delivers a meaningful difference to society.

  • You have a track record of delivering communications that drive engagement.

  • You are empathetic: you understand what makes people tick and ensure that we keep the customer at the heart of everything we do.

  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment both autonomously and in collaboration with a team and are capable of working closely with a variety of teams.

  • You are process-driven and will help to create new ways of working to ensure we are working in a scalable and sustainable way.

  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to deliver high quality work under pressure.

  • You have knowledge and experience with Adobe design and video software.

  • You have Microsoft Office and/or Google Drive skills to produce branded slide decks and documents.

  • You have the ambition and determination to shape this role yourself – we will give you lots of room for growth.

  • You have the ability to work with employees at all levels of an organization (both internally and externally), in an open office setting and a highly collaborative environment with a high growth, start-up mentality.

  • You have strong planning, organizing, logistic and stakeholder management skills.

  • You are confident speaking to an audience and delivering workshops to clients.

Awesome if 

  • You have account management experience.

  • You have experience in financial services, employee benefits, or innovative, high-growth companies.

  • You have knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, or Google Analytics.

  • You have experience of working in a regulated business and dealing with legal/compliance requirements when crafting communications.

What you’ll do

  • Consult with customer(s), which may include Senior-level decision makers, on marketing/communications initiatives critical to their employees’ adoption of Salary Finance.

  • Create multi-channel communications and engagement content for clients, bringing new and innovative ideas to the table and help us communicate more effectively.

  • Create communications strategy, commentary, and recommendations based on analysis to help us continue evolving our messaging and effectiveness.

  • Work closely with Business Development and Client Implementation teams to acquire opportunities for and to execute B2C communications campaigns.

  • Ensure our message is on brand and compliant per regulatory guidelines for all communications materials, working closely with our Compliance team.

  • Execute surveys and feedback campaigns with our clients as well as plan and conduct focus groups.

  • Track communications campaign engagement, learn and develop approaches to ensure communications are continually optimized for success.
