To deliver industry leading innovation, we are looking for our first ever Director, Sales Operations. Reporting to the Head of Brand, Marketing and Communications, this important new global leadership role and hire will play a critical part in leveling up our distributed salesforce. We are looking for a well-rounded sales expert who is equally passionate about people, products and performance, and who is excited at the prospect of creating an industry leading practice that delivers bottom line results. A self-starter who remains calm under pressure, uncertainty and change. Capable of rolling up your sleeves to support diverse team of experts across our business. Eager to expand your expertise and work on projects that span the globe.

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with global business leaders to co-create an industry leading vision for sales and leasing operations
  • Managing and continuously improving a sales workbench (strategies, processes, products, tools) to enable high performance across a globally distributed salesforce
  • Maintaining and sharing leading relevant perspectives, best practices and strategic advice
  • Designing and enabling operational standards and assurance and reporting tools
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance portfolio operations and business performance
  • Identifying and enabling standardized performance metrics and measurement tools
  • Designing and developing business team onboarding and training architecture and tools to drive adoption and ongoing utilization
  • Managing and growing senior level stakeholder relationships inside and outside of the organization
  • Providing leadership and oversight to colleagues and collaborators (ie, business product owner, technical product owner, business analyst, marketing manager)

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • 8+ years of experience working in a fast-paced customer lifecycle focused sales environment
  • A track record of lateral thinking and looking at challenges through multiple lenses
  • Superior analytical and data-driven thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex situations and synthesize relevant information
  • Experience designing and applying innovative solutions and working with business stakeholders to challenge the status quo, deliver solutions that tackle business problems and accelerate business objectives
  • Experience balancing global standards with local nuances, building the support and advocacy of distributed colleagues and delivering outcomes by engaging and influencing
  • The ability to grasp complex technical concepts and understand digital product features and benefits
  • Familiarity working in agile environments and discerning needs from wants
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with team members from across geographies, levels and parts of the business
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Experience using Azure data services, Power BI and/or VTS an asset, but not required
  • Real estate industry experience not required
