Director – Performance Marketing Analytics
We are looking for an experienced Analytics leader. In this high visibility role, you will collaborate with the Global and Regional marketing teams and uncover deep insights from the data from our millions of unique visitors each year.
You will join an outgoing and collaborative analytics team with opportunities to contribute to, and lead, several exciting initiatives and projects! This role is a full-time position working within the Global Analytics team for ASICS Digital.
What You’ll Do
· Provide performance analysis and insights for business reviews, annual planning and marketing campaigns
· Develop processes and meeting cadences to share findings and produce written insights that will help us demonstrate to the business how we will optimize our strategy over time
· Partner with BI, engineering and Global Marketing teams to establish reporting process
· Lead measurement analytic projects such as media mix modeling, cross-channel spend optimization, multi-touch attribution to provide insights to improve marketing performance
· Design and structure marketing A/B tests, work with teams to execute and analyze
· Advise key stakeholders to help them use data and insights most effectively
· Create executive level presentations to bring out insights clearly and concisely
What you need to succeed
· Accredited Bachelors’s degree or higher in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Analytics or Data Science
· 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, management consulting, startup/tech or strategy with a heavy analytical emphasis. At least 5 years of ecommerce experience
· Fluent in SQL and analytical packages (R, python etc)
· Proven ability to inspire confidence, create executive presentations and guide strategic discussions with senior management
· Good interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills with a demonstrable ability to engage senior management and engage at all levels of the organization
