Director, Online Marketing
As Director of Online Marketing you will oversee all global online marketing activities for LeanIX. You will not only define our digital marketing strategy, but guide the team implementing it with a hands-on mentality. Lead your team to expand our brand reach, bolster product awareness, and make sure to generate enough top-of-the-funnel demand to reach our challenging growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Build, plan and implement the digital marketing strategy of LeanIX
- Grow the online marketing capabilities through team development and hiring
- Take data-driven decisions to improve lead funnel conversion and ROI on marketing budget
- Proactively partner with sales teams to ensure seamless interactions for prospects
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels including email, organic/web, social, and display
- Own and evolve our key digital channels: website, landing pages, blog, organic search, paid ads, social media, email
- Drive key business metrics: leads, sales demos and sales opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience
- Experienced with b2b leadgen in a high-growth software business
- Highly analytical, data driven and result oriented
- Proven expert in online marketing (e.g. campaigns, social media, ABM, lead funnel optimization, marketing analytics & technology)
- Ability to build, develop and inspire a team
- Hands on mentality with the desire to create immediate impact
