Do you find that most B2B marketing is, uh, kinda bland and boring?

If you’re nodding, read on…

At Notarize, we take a creative and bold stance on how we do marketing. We’re design-driven and customer-obsessed and aim to create exceptional and unique experiences.

And we’re growing—fast. With little marketing effort, Notarize has registered over 1,000 businesses and now we’re looking for an innovative acquisition marketer to partner with sales and product teams to accelerate our growth.

At its core, we're helping people execute the most important transactions of their lives. We’re solving an huge pain for businesses that need to collect and manage notarized documents. It's an enormous market, billions of documents are notarized in the US annually—that impacts some of the country's largest companies and industries.

With our B2C2B platform, this is a unique opportunity for a marketer to implement programs that are both bottom-up and top-down in terms of how we acquire new customers. Everything from thinking about how we build predictable demand gen engines in consumer and SMB, to combining ABM and vertical-based strategies for the largest potential enterprise opportunities and markets.

This is a great place to create remarkable work, learn a ton, and have a lot of fun doing it.

What you’ll do at Notarize:

  • Develop demand gen/acquisition campaigns, programs, and experiments that drive qualified leads and pipeline for sales.
  • Create innovative playbooks across the buyer’s journey (from visit-to-close and beyond) and among key target accounts and industries.
  • Own growth across multiple channels—SEO, SEM, social, email, chat, website, product, affiliate, co-marketing, etc.
  • Grow, hire, and manage a team of performance marketers to fuel and elevate our next stage of growth.
  • Help to define and exceed KPIs (PQLs, MQLs, SQLs, etc.) while measuring campaign effectiveness and optimizing performance.
  • And most importantly, work closely with our sales team to understand their needs and challenges (and those of our prospects), ultimately to attract and identify ideal-fit customers, improve lead quality, and support revenue goals.

About you:

  • You question conventional wisdom and continuously try to disprove best practices.
  • You’re an analytical marketer and love spending your days thinking through lead scoring, A/B tests, marketing attribution, and building funnels, and you love a good a spreadsheet.
  • You have a hunger to continuously execute and move quickly. Your motto is “always be shipping.”
  • You are passionate about teaching and coaching others and invest your time to being a great manager.
  • You care deeply about the customer experience and creating things that are valuable and differentiated.
  • You think creatively and don’t let budgets define your strategy. You think of unique ways to generate awareness and growth organically.
  • You love learning about new technologies and techniques and you’re overly curious. You’re constantly scouring Product Hunt or Growth Hackers, and hacking together tools (like Zapier, Segment, Drift, Clearbit, etc.).
  • You love working with sales teams. You dive into the sales process and create ways to work better together, establishing regular communication on progress, programs, and performance.

Some of our benefits:

  • Competitive salaries & equity
  • Heavily subsidized medical, dental, and vision
  • Unlimited PTO & flexible work schedules
  • Small, cross-functional teams
  • Strong emphasis on collaboration & mentorship
  • Friday lunches & regular Lunch & Learn sessions
  • Seltzer & cold brew on tap
  • Fun & easily accessible location (Back Bay, right near the Pru)
