As our Director of Channel Marketing reporting to the CMO you will:

• Engage with partners to understand their business objectives.
• Use insights to design and execute marketing plans and programs that produce qualified pipeline, including:

Events

Digital marketing

Social media

• Monitor, analyze, and report program performance against forecasts and past performance
• Develop sales enablement tools for channel partner sales teams
• Create and manage the channel marketing program’s budget and market development funds
• Promote partner training/certification, incentive programs, partner portal, deal registration and other tools
• Act as a liaison between partners and the marketing sales organization to ensure coordination of corporate marketing plans and sales activities
• Ensure corporate branding and messaging guidelines are followed
• Represent channel marketing in cross functional meetings and projects
• Evaluate , recommend, implement and manage new technologies that may aid partner sales
• Travel 15-20% of the time

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 4 years experience in channel marketing
• Minimum 2 years experience managing staff
• Experience working with international channel partners and marketing (EMEA, LatAm, and Asia)
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
