We want someone who has a broad marketing toolbox that they can mix-and-match to what the situation calls for.  A strategist who can quickly understand context and distill it down simply to execute effectively against it. They have passion for learning what customers care about and how they can engage them with high-quality relevant campaigns and content. 

The Director of Campaigns Marketing is responsible for leading the successful design and execution of marketing campaigns that lead to revenue.  This person will lead a team of Marketers in developing campaigns for customer acquisition, cross-sell and nurture using a wide variety of marketing tactics including content, digital and email marketing, advertising, events, webinars - anything that can reach our customers compellingly and cost-effectively. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team of talented Marketers to create compelling content and campaigns that engage small and medium business buying triggers and needs in a cost-effective way

  • Collaborate with the rest of Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Sales Development and PrismHR’s external Partners to tie campaigns together with the overall buying process so the Prospect’s overall buying journey is holistic and effective

  • Track and report on strategic, operational and tactical metrics using data to lead resource allocation, outcomes and success. Consistently iterate and improve marketing programs through measurement and optimization

  • Make the PrismHR digital experience a destination site for our Partners and Small and Medium Businesses.

  • Run our annual User Community Event, PrismHR LIVE, to make it bigger and better than it’s ever been

 What You Need to Apply:

  • A 7 to 10 year track record of successfully helping B2B SaaS, software or technologies grow their customer base and revenues over multi-year periods. 

  • Experience marketing to businesses with 25 - 200 employees and working with channel partners

  • The scrappiness to build your own playbook based on what a particular market, buyer and ecosystem look like rather than bringing a pre-defined playbook.

  • Strategic chops that enable you to understand our strategy, simplify it, clarify it and explain it to your team, your peers and partners.

  • An understanding of how to best leverage marketing programs including acquisition, up-sell/cross-sell, awareness, competitive replacement and nurture according to marketing principles and best practices.

  • A successful track record of developing, executing and measuring marketing campaigns in a variety of channels including digital marketing (email, online, social, PPC, etc.), direct and event marketing.  This should include being responsible for a company’s digital / web experience end-to-end.

  • Experience creating and executing content marketing strategy, persona-based marketing and buying journey management.

  • Experience managing teams of 5 or more people is required

  • Experience managing large-scale user / community events that amaze attendees and meet financial goals is strongly preferred.

  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation systems, preferably Salesforce and Marketo

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline is required
