MOO is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join Boston’s Online Marketing team!

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of work/internship experience in digital marketing, whose passion for marketing/advertising has grown from that experience. They should thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and be passionate about learning and proactive by nature. The success of this role is contingent on an inner-drive, passion to learn, and a hunger to improve status quo. The Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of tracking and maintenance of all digital channels (including display, Digital OOH, video, etc.) as well as any traditional channels (including radio, OOH, print, etc.). They will play a key role in assisting the Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Associate with the deliverables of the marketing team. This is an exciting role on a digitally focused acquisition team, managing healthy budgets and contributing hugely to the success of the company.

About You:

  • You'll have 1+ years’ work/internship experience within digital marketing or digital advertising. Agency experience is preferred
  • You have a solid understand of ecommerce
  • You’re curious and have an appetite for discovering what people think and how they behave online in search, social, and other digital spaces
  • You’re passionate about all things digital and interested in new technologies
  • You’re comfortable with numbers and interested in turning data into actionable insights
  • You’re detail oriented and can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You’re a proactive team player, willing to step outside of your job description if necessary
  • We’re willing to train the right candidate on platforms/technologies, but bonus points if:

  • You have experience with programmatic buys and have worked with multiple DSPs (e.g. MediaMath, AppNexus)
  • You have experience with an ad server (e.g. Doubleclick Campaign Manager)
  • You have experience with Google Analytics, Tableau and/or attribution partners such as VisualIQ
  • You have experience with media planning tools such as MRI, Clear Decisions, Media Impact, Comscore
  • You have experience working with creative teams and providing feedback on creative and landing page assets

Responsibilities

  • Work with the digital marketing team to define strategies and tactics to reach the target audience and meet online sales goals
  • You’ll assist in bringing new ideas and new cutting-edge vendors to the table for testing
  • You’ll prepare, launch, and optimize our Awareness campaigns, focused on raising brand awareness of MOO, and our Always On digital campaigns, focused on driving new customers and revenue. Exposing you to both upper and lower funnel tactics
  • Be the liaison between the MOO marketing team and the media partners, and technology vendors regarding creative assets, media proposals and plans, data and reporting
  • Work closely with AdOps with all ad trafficking and creative QA
  • Work with our Analytics and BI team on optimizations and insights and help report clearly on KPIs using a combination of data from the Ad server, Google Analytics and our attribution partner, VisualIQ
  • Own the management of the digital financials and monthly accruals
  • Create new landing pages via internal systems and other creative optimization
